After various health struggles Alice became frustrated with conventional forms of medicine and sought out a different approach. Through personal research and eventually through studying nutrition she found finally that it was nutrition and lifestyle medicine that gave her the answers and the results she needed. She helps by showing clients the little tweaks to their diet and lifestyle so they can turn around their energy levels, give much-needed attention to their own health (without it taking lots of extra time and effort) and feel like they are able to live happy and active lives.
