Fab Fridays
Welcome to our Friendship club, ‘Fab Fridays’.
The ‘Fab Friday’ project was founded in May 2014 and continues to be based at the Green Man every Friday from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The project provides older adults with a space to meet and enjoy a range of desired activities. Activities on offer include health and information talks, Complementary Therapies, bingo, celebratory events, intergenerational activities and day trips and is of course run in accordance with our members’ needs and requests.
